User Registration and your commitment
These
Terms of Service, hereinafter referred to as “Terms”, govern your
access to and use of the Wemetcard website, and any information, text,
graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the
Wemetcard Services. Your access to and use of our services is
conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By
accessing and using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Wemetcard users must provide their real names or business names and true information.
1. You will not provide any false personal or business information on
Wemetcard, or create an account for anyone other than yourself or your
business without permission.
2. You will not use Wemetcard if you are under 18.
3. You will not use Wemetcard if you are a convicted sex offender.
4. You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
5. You will not share your password, let anyone else access your
account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your
account.
Protecting The Intellectual Property Rights of Others
Wemetcard respects the Intellectual Property rights of others, and we expect you to do so also.
1. You will not post any content on Wemetcard that infringes or
violates someone else's intellectual property rights or otherwise
violates the law. 2. We can remove any content or information you
post on Wemetcard if we believe that it violates the above Statement.
3. We will provide you with tools to help you protect your intellectual

4. If we remove your content for infringing someone else's copyright,
and you believe we removed it by mistake, we will provide you with an opportunity to appeal.
5. If you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property
rights, we will disable your account when appropriate.
6. You will not use our copyrights or trademarks (including Wemetcard,
or the Wemetcard Logo, without our written permission.
7. If you select a Personal or Business Vanity Code, we reserve the
right to remove or reclaim it if we believe it is appropriate to do so
(such as when a trademark or copyright owner complains that a vanity
code infringes on their intellectual property rights).
8. If you feel your copyright has been infringed upon, you may file a claim using our CRI Claim Form.
You
may use the services only if you can form a binding contract with
Wemetcard and are not a person barred from receiving services under the
laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You may use
the services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable
local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations.
Copyright Policy
Wemetcard
respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users
of our services to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged
copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly
provided to us. If you believe that your Content has been copied in a
way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the
following information: (i) a physical or electronic signature of the
copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf; (ii)
identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
(iii) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed
or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably
sufficient to permit us to locate the material; (iv) your contact
information, including your address, telephone number, and an email
address; (v) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that
use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by
the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (vi) a statement that
the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of
perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright
owner.
We reserve the right to
remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our
sole discretion. In appropriate circumstances, Wemetcard will also
terminate a user’s account if the user is determined to be a repeat
infringer.
The Services are Available “AS-IS”
Your
access to and use of the Services or any Content is at your own risk.
You understand and agree that the Services is provided to you on an “AS
IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Without limiting the foregoing, Wemetcard
AND ITS AFFILIATED SERVICES DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT. We make no warranty and disclaim all responsibility
and liability for the completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness,
security or reliability of the Services or any content thereon.
Wemetcard will not be responsible or liable for any harm to your
computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from your
access to or use of the Services, or any Content. We make no warranty
that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an
uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. No advice or information,
whether oral or written, obtained from Wemetcard or through the
Services, will create any warranty not expressly made herein.
Waiver and Severability
The
failure of Wemetcard to enforce any right or provision of these Terms
will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. In the event
that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in
full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These
Terms, and the Wemetcard Privacy Policy are the entire and exclusive
agreement between Wemetcard and you regarding the Services (excluding
any services for which you have a separate agreement with Wemetcard
that is explicitly in addition to or in place of these Terms), and
these Terms supersede and replace any prior agreements between
Wemetcard and you regarding the Services.
We
may revise these Terms from time to time, the most current version will
always be at Wemetcard.com/tos. If the revision, in our sole
discretion, is material, we will notify you via a site notice or an
e-mail to the email associated with your account. By continuing to
access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you
agree to be bound by the revised Terms. |
